Discover the very latest and most exciting pregnancy preparation techniques under the guidance of experts.
Friday: welcome at the Évian Royal Resort
Saturday: prenatal singing*, discover the benefits of sophrology or yoga for a harmonious pregnancy, breathing techniques and introduction to osteopathy*, Royal regenerative face and eye treatment.
In the evening, an open discussion with a gynaecologist to answer all of your questions and those of the father-to-be.
Sunday: after a sophrology or a yoga session specifically designed for pregnancy and valuable mother-to-be cookery tips, end your weekend with an ayurvedic hand massage or a "light legs" treatment... unforgettable!
