A stroll to savour, around 32 rectangular beds bordered with Burgundy stone and boxwood hedges, gorged with treasures…a journey back in time to the best of what the 16th century offered.

Step by step, let the spicy aromas of peppermint and bergamot cast their spell, succumb to the sweet red of raspberries, redcurrants and bilberries, marvel at the rare spectacle of angelica and marsh mellow, such an intrinsic part of childhood memories…
Let the fragrance of thyme flowers entice you across the turfed path and discover the crispy leaves of Tom Thumb or July Flower lettuces, the shiny skin of plump aubergines and the radiance of black skinned tomatoes from the Crimea.
