Les Fresques Royales
the Hotel Royal came to be in 1909.
Already, the great of this world flocked to this prestigious place and laid claim to its restaurant, Les Fresques Royales*. Light, the view of the park and lake and Jaulmes’ frescoes make it a magical place.
The intuition of an ingredient, the creativity of a blend, our chef puts all of his experience and talent of a passionate chef into his cooking. It associates the local wealth of the Chablais : lake char, perch, fera, beef from Abondance, cheeses… with indigenous herbs and flowers, true vectors of flavour.
